3AE has never closed a deal direct-to-end-user, and never will. Every project ships through a distributor and a certified integrator. The margin lives in the channel, the relationship lives in the channel, and the integrator who specced the camera is the integrator who gets paid.

Cybersecurity is not a premium tier. Every camera ships with 802.1x, HTTPS-only management, signed firmware, and ONVIF S·G·T compliance. The end-user's IT team signs off on a 3AE deployment without a phone call to engineering.
The AI runs on the camera.
Seven analytics — DL trackers, intrusion, tamper, counting, direction, tailgating — run in-camera on every Pro SKU. No separate AI box. No per-channel license. The recorder sees clean structured events, not raw motion noise.
Specs that survive the install.
Aluminum die-cast housings, IK10 vandal rating where it counts, IP67 outdoor protection, -40°C cold-start. The cameras built for the showroom and the cameras built for the loading bay are the same cameras. The data sheet is the install spec.
